The company was founded in 1916 by Ettore Cardini, who started making toys in 1922. He produced thirteen toys, all presented in a cardboard box decorated by Attilio Mussino: once unfolded, it served as a stand, in the shape of a garage, shed, etc. Hit by the recession, the company was sold in 1928 and toy production ceased.
