Founded in 1922 by brothers Georg and Johann Einfalt, the company manufactured tinplate mechanical toys, marked GEN or G.E. until the 1930s, and then Technofix. These included cars, trains, small aeroplanes and more. Production continued during the war, but also contributed to the war economy by manufacturing filters for gas masks.
Production ceased in 1978 when Alfred Einfalt (George’s son) retired.
