Founded in 1902 by Mr Roussel and Mr Dufrien, Le Jouet de Paris was bought by SIF in 1909. Toys were then branded ‘JP’, then ‘JdeP’, and from 1930 the brand ‘JEP’ appeared on toys. The company produced trains, cars, boats and aeroplanes, all of good quality. It ceased trading in 1968.
