Established in 1936 by Établissements Mery Gutmann at the same time as Le Jouet Bourré. Under the Memo brand name, the company made tinplate toys, in particular
cars and mechanical airplane.
In 1950, Memo presented its highly successful ‘accident car’.
The company ceased trading in 1971.
