Founded in 1920 by Rico Molina, Bernardo Verdù and Esteve Bastand, the company produced cars, lorries and aeroplanes.
Initially, the toys were marked RSA and then, from 1940, Rico.
After a temporary halt during the Civil War, production resumed in 1940.
The company ceased production in the 1980s.
