Founded in 1977 by Elisabeth Walther and Bernhard Tücher.
Initially, the company bought and sold stock from tinplate toy manufacturers.
From 1981 onwards, Tücher & Walther produced mechanical toys in painted tinplate inspired by old designs, which they sold under the brand name N.B.M (Nürnberger Blechspielwaren Manufaktur).
1982, first steam toys.
The business ceases in 2009.
